Your Mission:
Be the trusted connection between our
Customers
and our powerhouse
Service Team
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence
Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate service records
Support
Technicians
and align timelines for smooth, efficient service
Help keep our
Service Desk
running like a well-oiled machine
Your Toolkit:
Experience in a
Customer service
or
advisory
role
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
A team-first mindset with a passion for getting things done right
Resilience in a fast-paced environment and a cool head under pressure
A knack for balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
Strong
mechanical
or
technical aptitude
(
heavy-duty
or
automotive industry experience
is a
plus
!)

Experience:
service advisor/writer/scheduler: 1 year (preferred)
heavy-duty truck/trailer OR automotive industry: 1 year (preferred)
