Overview
We (Transparent Motorcars/Transparent Motorcars Lipont Place)are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance services. Your expertise in customer service and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients while effectively communicating their needs to the service team.
Duties
• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
• Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for automotive services based on mechanical knowledge.
• Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently.
• Communicate with technicians regarding customer concerns and service requirements.
• Prepare detailed service estimates and explain services to customers clearly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of all transactions.
• Upsell additional services or products when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
Skills
• Strong background in customer service, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is highly desirable.
• Experience in sales and upselling techniques to enhance service offerings.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers and team members.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) is preferred.

Pay: $3,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
