Job Roles
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, responding to their questions, managing their concerns and problems and providing them with solutions
- Communicate repairs to customers
- Work with the service manager and technicians
- Schedule service and repair appointments
- Estimate cost and time of services
- Promote services offered by the dealership
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with the other departments and employees to achieve the overall goals of the business

Pay: $30,840.00-$59,507.00 per year
