Service Advisor

to join our growing team! As our Service Advisor, you will work in a high volume and fast environment to act as a front-line customer service representative to our customers.

Position Objective

Assisting service guests. Complete sales customer files and records. Accurately and clearly articulate information between technicians and customers. Processing and claiming for customer warranty. Accepting incoming Ford appointment calls, scheduling appointments, and confirming online appointment bookings. Explains technical information about repairs to customers. Arranging alternate transportation for customers when required. Tracking progress of repair orders. Contacting customers for estimates and time changes. Following up on Ford recalls. Scheduling follow-up appointments for the technicians. Customer database management. Assisting parts and service customers. Ford Pass Rewards database management

Qualifications

Dealership service. An understanding of a vehicle's working systems. Excellent communication and de-escalation skills. Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment. Excellent customer service is required. Ford experience is an asset. Work well independently and within a team. Experience in customer service surveys an asset.
