We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. Duties
Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Assess customer needs by listening attentively and asking relevant questions to determine the appropriate services required.
Prepare detailed service estimates and explain recommended repairs or maintenance services clearly to customers.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and follow-up communications.
Stay updated on dealership promotions, new products, and automotive repair trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role within an automotive service environment.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and mechanical systems is needed.
Proven sales skills with a track record of successful upselling in previous positions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
A team player who can work collaboratively with technicians and other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction.
