We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience while effectively communicating their automotive needs. This role requires a blend of strong customer service skills, mechanical knowledge, and sales acumen to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs and concerns. Provide detailed explanations of automotive services and repairs to customers. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed on progress. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process. Foster long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians. Proven track record in customer service and sales, with the ability to upsell services effectively. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
