Mon - Fri | 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | 35 hours per week

TORQUE Motorsports is looking for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor is a critical link between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless service experience. Reporting to the Service Advisor & the Parts & Service Specialist, this role is essential for maintaining efficient workflow and communication. The Service Writer's ability to manage customer interactions, coordinate with service technicians and parts advisors, and uphold accurate documentation is key to sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Act as the main/ initial point of contact for customers (walk-ins, phone calls, emails, etc.) both internal and external. Delegate tasks and work orders within the Service Team, utilizing team members' strengths and ensuring efficient workflow. Collaborate with service technicians to provide accurate updates to customers. Utilize the scheduling program to ensure efficient use of service technicians time & resources. Keep customers updated on any additional issues that may arise during their service. Complete work orders with clearly detailed (3 C's) Complaint, Cause, & Cure. Collaborate with Parts Advisors to ensure that service needs are met. Provide customers with updates on the status of pending parts. Ensure any refusal of services/recommended work is signed and clearly documented. Ensure all warranty services are covered through the appropriate warranty company. Ensure Service Technicians training is updated and completed in the required timeframe and report it to the Branch Manager. Other duties as assigned.

What You Need:

High School Diploma. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or industry knowledge.
