About the role:
Our Service (Customer) Advisors do just that - they recommend the service, maintenance, and accessories our customers need to make the most of their RV camping experience. If you have stellar customer service skills and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality, and we'll provide you with the support, tools, and training you need to help people get camping!
As a Service (Customer) Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
Building strong customer relationships by providing a welcoming experience during RV drop-off and conducting thorough inspections.
Assessing customer concerns and needs, offering tailored product and service recommendations to enhance their RV experience.
Leading detailed walkthroughs at pick-up, ensuring customers are satisfied with completed work and fully understand any repairs or upgrades.
The selected candidate must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, but not Sundays!

Requirements:
High school diploma
Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with new software, MS Office, and social media
