Position: Service Advisor (Evenings)

Velocity Truck Centre Canada, formally known as First Truck Centre, has an exciting opening for a Service Advisor at our Kelowna BC. branch to work our evening shift. The Service Advisor will contribute in one of Canada\'s best managed companies. Be a part of a team that takes trucking to the next level of quality and professionalism.

Primary Job Functions

• Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs.
• Create estimates.
• Responsible for creating and invoices.
• Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician.
• Follow up with customers and keep them updated.
• Explain all work performed and charges.

Qualifications

• Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once.
• Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools.
• Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures.
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment.
• Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
