In the position of

Service Advisor

reporting to the

Service Manager

, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the critical link between our customers and shop, listening to customer concerns, assessing their needs as well as keeping them informed on the progress of their repair.

You will be accountable for:



Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicles.

Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.

Communicating effectively with our guests, as clear and professional communication is key to success in ensuring satisfaction and building trust.

Answering phone calls and assisting walk-up customers.

Determining and identifying car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.

Translating customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians to complete.

Ensuring that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.

Invoicing and collecting payment from customers for services rendered.

Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services.

Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases.

Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you must have:



Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.

Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management.

Strong computer skills.

Pay Range: Minimum: $ 50,000 per year to Maximum: $ 100,000 per year



Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm



Total Hours per week: 40 hours



Workday Schedule: Monday to Friday



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
