Service Advisor - Wonder Auto & Tire

, which is part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Kia, Fredericton Mitsubishi, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Grand Falls Hyundai, Miramichi Kia, 5 ReCar locations, St Croix Auto, Velocity Auto Body and 10 Wonder Auto locations in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

Service Adviso

r, you will be a crucial member of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.



What You'll Do:

Scheduling and Communication: Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times and confirm necessary maintenance or services. Guest Follow-Up: Communicate with guests' post-visit to confirm we've exceeded their expectations. Parts and Accessories: Help guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needs. Enhancing Guest Experience: Participate in various activities to continuously elevate our service.

No Automotive Experience? No Problem! While automotive knowledge is a plus, it is not required. We're more interested in your passion for service, honesty, and strong work ethic. We'll provide the training you need to excel.

Compensation

Potential earnings of $ 55 000-$75 000

19-23/hour, with addition of a monthly bonus incentive plan designed to reward high performing employees.
