At Bobcat of the Tri Cities we pride ourselves on building long lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring we provide a top notch experience from start to finish. As part of Service Advisor role it will be your job to ensure we provide top notch service from start to finish of every service transaction. It will be important to have a proactive approach on quoting, follow up, customer communication and billing.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
Handling incoming calls for service and getting all customer information
Clear communication to customer on repairs and what is needed
Providing repair estimates, and getting approvals to complete service/ repairs
Completing repair write up's, review of work order accuracy and customer billing
Reaching out to customers who's machine are due for service to schedule appointments
Working with shop foreman to schedule repairs in shop
Providing customers with updates on repairs and when machines are complete
