Dennis GM has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Ability to receive customers with courtesy and efficiency. Is a decisive person who is genuinely customer-oriented and has the ability to readily establish rapport and trust with customers as well as a strong interest in exceeding customers' expectations Requires accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication with other team members and departments in the dealership Confident to work with numbers Professional image essential The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset; however, not required as Dennis GM will provide ongoing training Valid Driver's License and Drivers Abstract required

This position reports to the Service Manager.

This is a Full Time Permanent position with an hourly wage of $16.75 per hour based on 40 hours per week.
