What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting customers, assessing vehicles, providing estimates, and coordinating appointments.
Provide an extraordinary customer experience, welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Listen actively to customer concerns and handle each situation appropriately.
Verify warranty and service coverage, ensuring customers understand their options clearly.
Develop accurate service estimates, communicating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
Prepare detailed repair orders - documenting vehicle symptoms, necessary services, and technician recommendations.
Maintain strong customer relationships - keep the customer in the know every step of the way!
Keep up with any manufacturer training on an as need basis.
What You Bring:
Previous experience in automotive setting an asset, strong customer service experience a must!
Professional and friendly, with a customer-first mindset with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Strong communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
