Service Advisor job Listing

Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Hillside Chevrolet is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with customers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon arrival and assist with vehicle check-in

Maintain accurate and organized customer records and service documents.

Provide customers with service quotes and updates on vehicle status.

Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely repairs and service.

Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.

Offer excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.

Qualification:

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to details

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid Drivers license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite experience with automotive service software is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 45 Per Week
