AgriLink Equipment is searching for an organized, self driven, and energetic individual to join our team as a Service Advisor in our Brownlee location.

AgriLink Equipment is an evolving agriculture equipment dealer providing sales, service, and parts for Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Versatile, Morris, and MacDon product lines from two Saskatchewan locations-Brownlee and Moose Jaw. As Service Advisor, you will lead the day to day operations of the Service Department. In this customer driven role, you will ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Responsibilities

Manage, mentor and guide a team of dedicated technicians and support staff.

Coordinating work flow through the shop and on the road; ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time

Approve service/work orders; ensuring internal accountability and external customer satisfaction

Schedule and organize technical service training

Ability to work within an on-call rotation with overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested

Stay current on vendor updates, warranty polices, or other product changes

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and optimize shop efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

Good understanding of the agriculture industry, familiarity with agricultural equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to read and interpret documents such as repair orders and procedure manuals

Advanced interpersonal and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to build strong customer relationships

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs

Valid driver's license required

Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution

Safe operation of a forklift, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position, lifting to 50lbs unassisted, walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
