Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle walk around inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Upsell additional services or products to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively upsell products or services to customers
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is a plus
