Job Summary:



Lynx Emissions is seeking a Service Advisor to support our branches by providing outstanding customer service, processing orders efficiently, and assisting with sales-related administrative tasks. This role focuses on transactional sales, maintaining existing relationships, and supporting field sales teams. The Service Advisor will be the main point of contact for customers and work closely with the Field Sales Reps and Operations Lead to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Customer Service



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat. Accurately process orders and ensure timely fulfillment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.

2. Parts & Service Sales



Prepare and send quotes based on customer requests. Follow up on outstanding quotes and close sales transactions. Assist with decoding and product sourcing to meet customer needs.

3. Sales Administrative Support



Create and update route maps for Field Sales F2F visits. Maintain accurate and up to date Salesforce (CRM). Manage sales pipeline. Providing administrative support to client and field sales as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bilingual - fluent in both French and English is required. 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or inside sales experience (preferably in an industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment setting). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Lynx Emissions est a la recherche d'un(e) conseiller(ere) au service a la clientele pour soutenir ses succursales en offrant un service client exceptionnel, en traitant efficacement les commandes et en contribuant aux taches administratives liees aux ventes. Ce poste est axe sur les ventes transactionnelles, le maintien de relations existantes et le soutien aux equipes de vente sur le terrain. Le(la) conseiller(ere) sera le principal point de contact pour les clients et travaillera en etroite collaboration avec les representants commerciaux et le responsable des operations afin d'assurer une experience client harmonieuse.

Responsabilites principales :



1. Service a la clientele



Servir de point de contact principal avec les clients par telephone, courriel et clavardage. Traiter les commandes avec precision et en assurer la livraison dans les delais. Repondre aux demandes des clients et resoudre les problemes rapidement, en les escaladant au besoin.

2. Ventes de pieces et services



Preparer et envoyer des soumissions selon les demandes des clients. Assurer le suivi des soumissions en attente et conclure les ventes. Aider a l'identification de pieces et a la recherche de produits repondant aux besoins des clients.

3. Soutien administratif aux ventes



Creer et mettre a jour les cartes de parcours pour les visites clients en personne. Tenir a jour le CRM (Salesforce) de maniere precise. Gerer le pipeline de ventes. Fournir un soutien administratif aux clients et a l'equipe de vente sur le terrain, au besoin.

Qualifications et experience :



Bilinguisme requis - maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit. 1 a 3 ans d'experience en service a la clientele, en soutien aux ventes ou en ventes internes (idealement dans un contexte industriel, automobile ou d'equipement lourd). Excellentes competences en communication verbale et ecrite. Experience avec les systemes CRM (Salesforce est un atout) et la suite Microsoft Office. Souci du detail, competences en resolution de problemes et approche centree sur le client. Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches dans un environnement dynamique.
