What
you'll
be doing:
Preparation and completion of Repair Orders in accordance with Manufacturer and Company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Clear and accurate documentation of specific customer concerns and requests for repairs or maintenance.
Following up with customers as necessary for inquiries, estimates, quotes, and providing regular progress updates.
Recommending scheduled repairs and maintenance services as necessary.
Liaising with technicians to confirm status of repairs.
Consistent and timely ongoing customer communication
Handle client concerns / misunderstandings with a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
Maintain a clean, tidy, efficient, professional and presentable work station.
Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Remain up to date on all Toyota University training courses as required
Provide a customer experience in alignment with Company and Manufacturer standards and guidelines.
What we need from you:
Three years prior experience in a Service Advisor role, or similar, is
required
Prior history with Toyota is considered an asset
Prior experience with CDK and X-Time is considered an asset
Automotive knowledge required for effective customer communication
Superior customer service abilities in a large fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to provide consistently excellent customer satisfaction
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
Strong computer skills (including MS Office/Google suite).
Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract.
