We are looking for an energetic
Service Advisor
who wants to succeed. If you are passionate about cars and love to deliver an extraordinary Customer Service experience, you need to apply! We are looking for an individual with exceptional Customer Service skills to join our dynamic Service Team!
Service Advisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome Customers and discuss their Service needs
- Schedule service appointments with Customers
- Estimate the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
- Answering Customer inquiries in person or on the phone
- Develop repair estimates and make recommendations
- Prepare repair orders by detailing any vehicle mechanical issues
Service Advisor Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication skills, written and oral
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Critical thinker, organized, time management and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to interpret technical terms to Customers
