Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Administrator will coordinate all aspects of window and door service operations and ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming service calls and emails
Validate warranty coverage and record product/service details
Enter and maintain service requests in FieldPulse
Communicate with customers to obtain photos/details of product issues
Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups with technicians, dealers, and internal teams
Process payments over the phone and maintain accurate records
Provide administrative support and basic service reporting as required

Working Conditions:
Onsite role based at our Richibucto facility
Work performed in a professional office and operational environment
Requires regular interaction with team members and other departments
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication (phone and email)
Solid organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with FieldPulse or similar service software is an asset
Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
Experience in customer service, construction, manufacturing, or warranty coordination is an advantage
