  • Here\xe2\x80\x99s what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:
  • Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
  • Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
  • Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
  • Regularly prepare and follow-up on quotes and tenders while ensuring up to date on addendums and drawings
  • Review all contracts and accepted quotations and seek final approval with the department Manager
  • Attend association, industry, and networking events
  • Remote interactions and presentations/demos
  • Coordinating own efforts with national and local Business Development
  • Generate leads for new business by identifying and sourcing out prospective clients from various sectors to achieve business targets
  • Write up work orders in a concise and timely manner to assist with scheduling and purchasing of materials at the best prices
  • Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in all serviceable markets
  • Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
  • Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn\xe2\x80\x99s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
  • Develop new clients; maintain and grow ongoing business relationships through direct and frequent communication
  • Technical skills and responsibilities:
  • Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
  • Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
  • Ability to conduct presentations virtually
  • Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

  • Previous experience in the construction or property management industry is an asset
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
  • Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)
  • Clear understanding of contract documents
