Position: Customer Service Account Manager
Location: Montreal - St-Laurent
Salary: $55,000
Job Type: Permanent
Do you love working with people and have excellent customer service skills?
Our client in the distribution industry is looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join their team in St-Laurent. This opportunity comes with great benefits after 3 months, paid vacation, and more.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance with order processing
- Answer customer questions regarding prices, quotes, product selection, etc.
- Attend trade shows a couple of times a year
- Other related tasks
The ideal candidate for this role:
- At least one year of experience in customer service, or sales support
- Bilingual (oral and written) as some customers may be from outside of Quebec
- Strong administrative skills and time-management skills
- Loves working with people
- Possess a valid passport (trade shows a couple times a year)
