Here\'s what your days will look like as a Service Account Manager:

Building strong and long-lasting relationships:

\xc2\xb7 Help grow and build our Roofing Service business

\xc2\xb7 Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients

\xc2\xb7 Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities

\xc2\xb7 Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders

\xc2\xb7 Attend association, industry, and networking events

\xc2\xb7 Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client

\xc2\xb7 Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn\'s brand and services through marketing and social media channels

Technical skills and responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner

\xc2\xb7 Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner

\xc2\xb7 Ability to conduct presentations virtually

\xc2\xb7 Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives

\xc2\xb7 Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)

\xc2\xb7 Clear understanding of contract documents
