Make your mark at the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest HVAC companyDaikin Applied is seeking an Account Manager HVAC Service and Solutions who will serve as a technical sales expert. In this role, you will develop and maintain customer relationships, sell preventative maintenance contracts, provide recommendations for service and repair work for HVAC systems, and sell total solutions to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. • Partner closely with Independent Manufacturers Representatives, District Office and Service Center Managers, sales colleagues, the parts team, and our technicians in an assigned territory
• Meet sales goals by developing existing customers and prospecting new business opportunities
• Gain in-depth knowledge of customers\xe2\x80\x99 operations, understand their challenges, and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements
• Prepare and present technical sales proposals including cost estimates, pricing quotations, and utilizations of tools and resources to assist in sales efforts (e.g. energy rebates)
• Conduct tests and surveys to identify the need for product alterations or development of new products
• Analyze products and selling techniques to optimize sales effectiveness
• Develop pipeline of future sales opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• HVAC industry experience
• 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
• Experience with Salesforce or any other sales tracking software
• Experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts
• Commercial HVAC industry experience
