The Account Manager/Customer Service Representative is responsible for front facing client management with a focus on maintaining Globe Life AO Nationalxe2x80x99s high standards for service excellence.The Account Manager/Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with sales and excellent communication skills.This role will nurture key relationships with clients and be meticulous with the detailed work involved in managing clients such as tracking policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations. Working in concert with Globe Life AO Nationalxe2x80x99s Mentors, the Account Manager/Customer Service Representative will help customers understand their coverage, assist them with any claims if required, and ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secure system.
