Experience in the service industry
Experience serving tables in restaurants
Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties
100% compliance to Shoeless Joe's Service Program
Demonstrate excellent food and beverage knowledge
Build sales through upselling and suggestive selling; act on opportunities to build guest
relationships
Participate in special events with enthusiasm and excitement
Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation
Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
Company and Legislative compliance
Smart Serve Certified
All other duties as outlined in detailed Position Profile
Minimum 2 years of Server role experience required. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
