Overview

We are seeking a skilled Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server / Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and food to our patrons. Your expertise in mixology, along with your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions, will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils. Process orders efficiently using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to all food safety and handling regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to patrons at the bar. Uphold high standards of hospitality while maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Requirements

Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
