Server/Bartender at St. Louis Bar & Grill

Location: 749 Sterling Lyon Parkway Unit 10

What You"ll Do:

As a Server or Bartender at St. Louis Bar & Grill, you affect our guests" view of our restaurant and our brand every time you interact with them. Our mission is to always deliver more than expected thoughextraordinary hospitality. This goes along with our vision of creating a world where everyone is a regular! Our consistency in quality, presentation and service is essential! It is our goal to ensure that guests receive the same high level of hospitality and satisfaction whether it is their first or fifth visit. It is our goal to ensure our guests have their expectations exceeded each and every time they walk through our door!



Unfortunately we at this time, we are unable to offer postions to applicants who require hours for Work Visa, Student Visa or LMIA needs.

Requirments:

Enthusiasm for providing hospitality and hosting people, and a fantastic personality. A dynamic personality and positive attitude. A up to date Food Handlers. A up to date Smart Serve. 1-2+ years of experience in hospitality related field. Must be 18 years of age. Own mode of transportion as bus routes are limited. Problem solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team and in fast paced enviroment. Fluent in English is required. Ability to lift 60-100lbs (or with help)

Always deliver more than our guest expects through extraordinary hospitality. Establish a fantastic guest connection with each and every guest. Correctly enter guest orders into the POS system. Understand and being able to communicate all aspects of the menu. Ensure the St. Louis standard operating procedures are being executed correctly. Complete all duties listed on daily and weekly cleaning checklists. Work as a team member to fellow servers and other roles throughout the restaurant. Maintain a clean and sanitized service area at all times. Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager on duty. Connect with guests during sporting events to create a bond that brings them back. Answer phones, punch in to go order and handle inquiries appropriately. Follow proper take-out etiquette withe 3rd party platforms. Promptly prepare drinks for team member orders and guests if required. Prepare the bar for service, including all mixes, garnishes, glassware, supplies if required. Ensure all products behind the bar are being kept out of the danger zone and held in proper containers. Maintain a professional attitude at all times. Record daily waste and guest issues in log book. Change draught products when required. Monitor guest behaviour and ensure safety for all team memebers, thus your self being first. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
