We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service and crafting delicious drinks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience at our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused attitude. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive demeanor with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$26.27 per hour
