Mimi's Pub is a family friendly neighbourhood gastropub with an amazing variety of food, stone fired pizza, and an extensive beer and drink menu!
Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Have in-depth knowledge of the food and drink menus Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
Must be 18+ Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender and/or Server Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Valid Proserve certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
