We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and bartender to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. Duties

Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, to enhance the guest experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with basic math skills. Uphold health and safety regulations while adhering to restaurant policies.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy restaurant environment. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing orders.
