Job Description

Job Objective: Be responsible for 5G macro radio base station thermal design, from early phase thermal simulation to thermal solution execution, you are entitled to take entire responsibility of thermal design, from system level requirement break down, to thermal solution definition, from thermal simulation, to radio real thermal test, you are also responsible for all technical report, support system level trouble shooting and mass production. Responsibilities: - Be responsible for thermal design of Macro radio base station. - Breakdown system requirements into thermal design requirement and corresponding thermal solution - Cooperate with Mechanical Designers & PCB Designers to optimize the thermal performance to fulfill system requirement - Do simulation in early phase and verification during project execution, record test report. - Study latest thermal technologies and drive implementation into the product. - Support system level integration and trouble shooting - Support new product introduction in manufactory Qualification & Requirement: - Minimum Master degree in thermal engineering or the equivalent level of knowledge with >=5 years experiences - Excellent knowledge of thermal theory & engineering, including simulation & measurement. - Skilled with thermal simulation tools, e.g. Icepak or Flotherm - Good knowledge in Mechanical area is a plus - Direct Radio base station thermal design experience is highly preferred - Has curious, independent and clear logical mind, good at analysis - Self-motivated learning and growth - Good communication skill, be proactive and accountable, result oriented - Fluent in oral/written English Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
