Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist to lead comprehensive quality assurance efforts across complex, multi-platform systems. This role demands a seasoned QA professional with a strong grasp of both automated and manual testing methodologies.

Must Haves:
10+ years of experience developing test strategies, plans, scenarios, and resolving technical issues
Hands-on experience with Selenium and automated testing frameworks
Proficiency with tools like Confluence, JIRA, and TestRail
Experience across a wide range of testing types (unit, functional, UAT, integration, performance, regression, load, security, backend, web services)
Strong understanding of multi-tier, multi-platform integrated systems
Expertise in debugging, system optimization, and refactoring
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with BAs on requirements and use case reviews
Design, document, and execute thorough testing plans and cases
Conduct various forms of system testing, including UAT and performance testing
Identify and document defects, perform re-testing, and ensure production readiness
Support QA deliverables during architecture checkpoints and release cycles
Report testing results and ensure quality standards are met across development stages
