In this highly impactful role, the candidate will provide support to the GWAM Strategy team on a variety of assignments leveraging their analytical skills, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to provide insights and recommendations that contribute to the achievement of our organizational objectives.Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of presentations for various internal audiences (including but not limited to the GWAM Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors)
  • Support the development of materials for various external audiences (e.g., equity analysts, rating agencies, strategic partners, external conferences) and internal audiences (i.e., employee townhalls)
  • Support the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework to monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and M&A
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams, to gather insights, align objectives, and facilitate decision-making
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives
  • Support the annual strategic planning process
  • Develop and mentor other junior analysts on the team
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and insights to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of the wealth management and asset management industry preferred.
