Periodically, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to attend in-person activities or events.As a Sr. Strategy Analyst, you\xe2\x80\x99ll contribute to the development of the enterprise strategy and business plan by undertaking and synthesizing research and analysis in written reports and visual presentations. You will contribute to how departments setup and frame their business plans and provide mechanisms to track and monitor enterprise progress against the plan. Your ability to synthesize complex information into easy to consume content for Senior Leaders and Board of Directors will enable strong communication of materials for quarterly board reports and annual strategy planning sessions.The team: In this role, you will report into Manager Strategic Planning.A typical day would involve:

  • Participate and enable the seamless development and execution of the enterprise strategy and annual business plan.
  • Provide enterprise level updates on progress against business plan in written reports or power point presentations to the senior leaders and board of directors on a regular basis.
  • Curate and synthesize complex data sets drawing out the \xe2\x80\x98so what\xe2\x80\x99, gather insights from conducting primary/secondary research on events, industry news, market trends, innovative trends and technologies - particularly where there is opportunity and an intersection for exploration with our business.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholder groups to gain insights, understand pain points, identify gaps, and opportunities for our organization.

You have:
  • A bachelor\'s degree or comparable designation (Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, etc.) with strong academic results.
  • Experience in areas of strategy, innovation, management consulting, research, financial analysis or equivalent.
  • Many of work experience as a thought leader. You bring passion and curiosity to your work.
  • A strong track record of delivering outstanding results in your work including research and data analysis, sharing clear insights with senior stakeholder groups.
  • A natural ability to build and maintain effective partnerships internally and externally with all stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, word, etc)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, you have experience producing large documents and reports in an easy to digest, concise, visually appealing, and informative manner.
Bonus points if you have:
  • MBA, CPA, or comparable graduate degree
  • Interest or exposure to venture capital markets and technology (i.e., AI, open banking, FinTech, digital assets such as crypto, blockchain, web3, decentralized finance, etc.)
