Senior Sales Administrator
to play a key role in supporting our Sales & Marketing Division as we continue to expand across Ontario.
Position Overview
The
Senior Sales Administrator
will oversee all administrative functions related to new home and condominium sales. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional who can streamline sales processes, ensure compliance, support the sales team, and serve as a liaison between customers, brokers, and internal departments.
You will play a central role in ensuring that
sales offices, contracts, reporting, and client experiences
run seamlessly across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Office & Project Administration
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of condo and low-rise sales offices.
+ Manage and maintain sales documentation, contracts, deposits, and closing schedules.
+ Ensure compliance with
Tarion, HCRA, RECO, and other regulatory requirements
.
Client & Broker Relations
+ Act as the primary point of contact for purchasers, brokers, and sales agents.
+ Coordinate appointments, sales launches, open houses, and promotional events.
+ Maintain client databases (CRM) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Sales Reporting & Analytics
+ Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
+ Track key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, cancellations).
+ Assist in preparing forecasting models and market analysis.
Contract & Documentation Management
+ Draft, process, and review purchase agreements and amendments.
+ Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and securely stored.
+ Liaise with legal, accounting, and mortgage teams as required.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
+ Mentor and support junior sales administrators.
+ Develop and implement best practices for sales processes.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Construction, and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to closing.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of real estate sales administration experience (condo and/or low-rise).
Strong knowledge of Ontario real estate regulations, Tarion, HCRA/RECO compliance.
Experience with CRM platforms (Lasso, Salesforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually (depending on experience).
