Position Overview
We're inviting
Senior Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs)
with
7+ years of experience
supporting children, teens, and parents to join our leadership stream.
In this role, you'll help guide clinical integrity, mentor counsellors, and uphold ethical and communication standards across the team.
Base Rate:
$100 per session
Additional Compensation:
Commission and success bonuses based on engagement and contribution

Deep experience in ADHD, ASD, and family systems counselling

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality counselling for children, teens, and parents navigating ADHD, ASD, and emotional regulation challenges
Model clinical excellence through consistent documentation, communication, and ethical practice
Mentor junior counsellors through reflective discussion, tone guidance, and professional boundary modelling
Contribute to internal ethics and case review meetings
Support a cohesive clinic culture rooted in professionalism, compassion, and growth
Collaborate with the Clinic Director on leadership development, quality assurance, and program advancement
Participate in strategic discussions that strengthen client care and clinician alignment
