to join our multidisciplinary team of health professionals.

LOCATION + SCHEDULE

Based at our

White Rock clinic (Beecher Street)

Part-time or full-time

(20-40 hours per week) Flexible scheduling to fit your availability

THE ROLE

Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Provide effective, evidence-based counselling Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records Collaborate with other practitioners to support integrated client care Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team culture

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with

BCACC and/or CCC

Master's degree or doctorate in counselling, psychology, social work, or a related field Minimum

2 years of counselling experience

Liability insurance and compliance with BCACC ethical standards

WHAT YOU BRING

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Genuine compassion and curiosity for people's experiences Experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationships

Experience working with children is a strong asset

Familiarity with

ICBC referrals

is a plus Organized, professional, and committed to ongoing growth
