Your New Role



As the

Senior Property Manager

, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing UnlockLand's growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use assets across Western Canada. Reporting directly to the Director of Asset Management, you'll ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance across all managed properties.

You'll be responsible for the full property management cycle -- from leasing and maintenance oversight to financial reporting and tenant relations -- while helping integrate UnlockLand's AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational insight.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily property operations for a portfolio of residential and mixed-use assets. Supervise leasing activities, renewals, and tenant onboarding, ensuring timely rent collection and minimal vacancy. Manage service providers, maintenance schedules, and vendor contracts. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with building and safety standards. Prepare and review monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Liaise with owners, tenants, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the AI product team to automate reporting, maintenance tracking, and performance dashboards.

What You Need to Succeed



You're a licensed

Property Manager in British Columbia

with at least

5 years of experience

managing residential or mixed-use properties. You thrive in a professional, tech-forward environment and are motivated by efficiency, client satisfaction, and results. You're confident leading operations independently while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.

Qualifications



Active BC Property Management License (mandatory). 5+ years of property management experience (residential or mixed-use portfolio preferred). Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium, or equivalent). Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Interest in using data and technology to improve operational performance.
