This is a newly created Senior Project Accountant position with opportunities to grow into the Controller position. The new hire will be reporting to the CFO. If you have project accounting experience you will want to hear more about this position.

Responsibilities:
- Project budgeting
- Cost Analysis
- Confirm expenses, payments & schedules
- Project reports & summaries
- Co-ordinate project financing
- Liaise with project managers
- Other finance duties as required
- Must have project accounting experience
- From real estate or the construction industry
- CPA designation or close to completion
- Intermediate Excel Skills (vlookups)
