Summary

We are seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Rexdale Community Health Centre in London. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to our mission by overseeing program implementation and ensuring effective service delivery to our community members.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage various health programs to ensure alignment with the Centre's mission. Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to develop program goals and objectives. Monitor program performance and prepare reports for management review. Facilitate training sessions for staff on program protocols and best practices. Engage with community members to gather feedback and improve service delivery. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Manage budgets related to specific programs effectively. Support outreach initiatives to promote health services within the community.

Qualifications

Proven experience in program coordination or management within a healthcare or community service setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with data entry and administrative tasks is preferred. Knowledge of health promotion principles is an asset.

Pay: $51,836.00-$62,458.00 per year
