The Device Services and Support team owns the end-to-end marketing and go-to-market strategy for Certified Pre Owned (CPO) Devices and strategic programs such as Bring it Back, Extended Warranty, and Trade-in. We work with a large network of internal and external stakeholders to drive some of the fastest-growing programs across TELUS, and strive to provide compelling and affordable products and services for our customers. As a Senior Product Manager - Certified Pre-Owned Devices GTM & Marketing, you will be responsible for further accelerating growth behind TELUS\' certified pre-owned (CPO) program. You will own the development and execution of both the short and long-term CPO program marketing roadmap, including new product/capabilities, pricing, and demand generation campaign ideation/integration. In doing so, you will be collaborating with other business units across TELUS to discover, shape, and deliver against the highly critical CPO program. You will be part of a 5-person team, but will partner with 60+ team members across other functions and numerous external partners as part of your day-to-day work.

Here\'s how

  • Apply marketing strategy and consulting skill set to define the short, and longer-term, CPO program roadmap, with a lens on creative, growth-focused action plans
  • Lead, develop, and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies across the CPO program, including the introduction of new products, capabilities, and campaigns. In doing so, partner with 60+ stakeholders including pricing, product, Mobile Klink, marketing communications, channel, base communications, and digital teams
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at peer and executive levels, leveraging a strong ability to influence without authority to drive projects forward
  • Lead an integrated CPO device level forecasting and allocation process, in partnership with our Mobile Klink team, to ensure we have the right devices, in the right channel, at the right time
  • Create strategic recommendations rooted in portfolio analytics, spanning the who, what, when, where, and how to elevate CPO devices
  • Seek opportunities to further evolve the CPO portfolio and value proposition, via global market benchmarks, consumer insights, and new program test & learn opportunities
Qualifications

We are looking for following experience:
  • 7 years of experience preferably in marketing, product, or business consulting
  • University degree in business or similar. MBA is an asset, but not required

  • Passionate, dynamic, and committed, looking to continuously raise the stakes in their role
