Senior product manager

Do you enjoy building a smooth, seamless, and intuitive browsing experience for customers shopping online? If the answer is yes, join our technology team and our Bestbuy.ca Site Content product team.

As a senior product manager, you will be working with a cross-functional agile team that builds the technology that enables our merchandising and Ads teams. Technologies this team works with are the customer facing website, our content management system (CMS), and our advertising partner platforms.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Lead a cross-functional team that builds digital experiences for customers shopping on our website and prefer to do so by browsing and exploring the site.
• Partner with key stakeholders and experience design to build a robust digital experience.
• Partner with digital merchandising and Ads teams to provide product technologies that unlock their abilities to support our customers as they shop online.
• Analyze the customer behavioral data within your product to drive your strategy & roadmap.
• Build a culture of product enthusiasts, driving strategy and providing vision and direction to an agile team.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• Experience driving large scale initiatives to successful outcomes.
• 4-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a Product Manager
• Familiarity working in an agile software development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to discuss, understand, and simplify technical concepts.
• Experience with content management systems and Ad platforms is a plus for this role.
