We\xe2\x80\x99ve helped our clients implement fully integrated CRM customer journeys, built robust digital experiences, and created national loyalty programs with decades of experience in sectors of automotive, financial, telco and retail.

We are creative realists, which means our ideas and solutions are grounded in the realities of our clients\xe2\x80\x99 business. We believe big ideas are nothing without big results (and flawless execution); high-performing agencies deliver high-performing campaigns, products, and experiences; and the best solutions happen when we collaborate with clients as partners.

Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for

You are passionate about amazing digital experiences and constantly look to make those experiences better. You have significant experience in conceptualizing, validating, and building great products and understand the importance of converting qual and quant data into winning digital experiences. You challenge stakeholders, developers, and designers to push the limits of technology and user experience, while driving towards business goals and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly digital strategy planning with client PO, contributing to and deriving a strategic backlog for the team to execute on.
  • Be the point of contact with client stakeholders, understanding the \'why\' behind their business strategy and translating it into an actionable product strategy for your team.
  • Bring a \'product mentality\' to the table, thinking about the long-term viability and growth of the products and features you take to market.
  • Over-communicate all day, every day, keeping your team aligned to the client needs and the client PO informed of the daily blockers and progress.
  • Bring a sense of urgency to tasks, driving progress at a rapid pace that respects process but prioritizes traction.
  • Conduct workshops with different stakeholders, pushing for internal alignment with the client before committing to scope.
  • Leverage a working knowledge of supporting architecture, thinking beyond the front-end and asking difficult questions about data and business processes.
Requirements
  • Min 4 years of experience in a Product Management role, with at least 1 years in a Senior or Lead Product Manager capacity
  • Can show tangible examples of complex products or features deployed in the market with demonstrated success
  • Expertise in best practices in product management for SDLC
  • Strong working knowledge with coding languages, APIs, and high-level competency in understanding system architecture (do not need to code, but understand the fundamentals)
  • Proven ability to build, groom, and deliver on a product roadmap for a large-scale product, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in Scrum and Agile environments
  • Ability to write proper user stories, including test and acceptance criteria, with a focus on clarity, measurability, and QA testability on a sprint-by-sprint basis
  • Drive and initiative are evident in your career, and you have been a major contributor to the success of multiple product launches.
  • Proven ability to run agile projects including all required sprint rituals
  • Strong client and/or stakeholder relationship management experience, with an emphasis on effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in fundamental project management
Nice to have

  • Programming, back-end architecting, and/or UX design experience, demonstrating a well-rounded understanding of product development
  • Specific experience in the global automotive space or a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges
