The role:
Neo Financial has a full time opportunity for a Senior Partnerships Associate to join our Partnerships team in Calgary, AB.
Our partnership team actively builds strong relationships with local and national merchants, and enhances their reward programs to better attract, engage and grow a loyal customer base. What you'll be doing:
Lead the delivery of large nation wide partnerships education, joint marketing and product roadmaps
Manage day-to-day communication and play a key role in the development and maintenance of senior partner relationships to help scale Canadian businesses
Interact with the partner's lead on a day-to-day basis to ensure that expectations are aligned
Partner with key accounts, taking on the role of trusted advisor, and work at all levels of the partner's organization
Focus on customer centricity and driving customer growth in our partnership programs
Working within a tightly-knit team to contribute to Neo's partner-led growth and strategy
Who we're looking for:
3-5 years of experience in business development, SAAS and/or B2B sales
MBA or Bachelor's degree in commerce, management or a related field is preferred
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the proven ability to influence others
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and gain the respect of senior management and external executives
Enjoys the early stage development, execution and iteration of sales strategy
A performance driven and target focused individual
