What will your typical day look like?



Our practice has global reach and you might find yourself jumping on a flight to Montreal, Vancouver, Chicago, Hong Kong, Sweden, and many other interesting locations. Wherever it may be, as a Senior Manager, you will:
  • Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; manage engagement risk; direct on-time and quality deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
  • Develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
  • Develop practical solutions and methodologies; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
  • Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local office

We have 150+ practitioners in our team and we are still growing. We have offices across Canada: Toronto, Montreal Vancouver, and Calgary to name only a few. Enough about us, let’s talk about you



You are someone who:
  • Has a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 10 years of industry experience with Supply Chain Planning, consulting and system implementation expertise, and a minimum of 3 years of proficiency in leading project delivery
  • Has a strong understanding of the issues that Supply Chain executives face today, a track record of providing solutions to those issues, and a mastery of a wide range of Supply Chain Planning industry issues
  • Has demonstrated ability and skill-set to successfully develop and lead major client relationships as a revenue producing practitioner
  • Has the ability to sell and deliver large-scale end-to-end Supply Chain Planning programs at leading companies, typically interacting at the Executive/C-level
  • Has outstanding interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit
