What is the opportunity?
As a Senior Manager for High Net Worth (HNW), you will be directly supporting the RVP, RBC Private Insurance in the achievement of strategic objectives and overall growth of the business. You will also be responsible for providing technical and tactical support and coaching for the HNW business. As the primary and trusted expert, key responsibilities include continuously providing advice and recommendations that ensure the daily execution of responsibilities by all Specialist are in line with our vision of providing best in class service and advice for our niche clientele. You will ensure the overall effectiveness of the training program, ensuring compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures while enabling RBCI to attract, engage and retain talent and reward behaviors that are consistent with our values.
