  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, business units and internal stakeholder groups by continually demonstrating value and breaking down barriers to effective sustainable sourcing and supplier diversity through polished executive influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Define, Align, Execute and Sustain Accor\'s sustainable sourcing and supplier diversity targets as defined within the portfolio strategy:
  • Define project goals, timelines, roles and responsibilities, and an overall program management cadence
  • Apply contemporary methods and innovative strategic sourcing approaches to identify, engage, attract and on-board a broad range of sustainable and diverse suppliers to meet Accor\'s business needs
  • Develop comprehensive implementation and communication plans with stakeholders and end users
  • Ensure the involvement of all organizations and individuals impacted
  • Quantify and meticulously document results
  • Develop and skillfully execute negotiation strategies to achieve desired, pre-agreed outcomes
  • Create and deploy standard reporting for key stakeholders, assessing satisfaction, engagement, adoption, and performance against procurement sustainability and supplier diversity initiatives, upcoming contract expirations, supplier performance issues, and other vital information
  • Provide stewardship of sustainable procurement solutions and supplier diversity initiatives together with solution compliance and adoption throughout the organization
  • Assess existing processes and make rapid recommendations for improvement to ensure resources and time are spent on areas of the highest ROI
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, management consulting, advisory or professional services roles with a demonstrated track record of results and increasing level of responsibility
  • Demonstrated expertise in ESG-related frameworks, standards, data sources, and ratings and assessment platforms with a demonstrated track record of leveraging these resources to drive sustainable procurement and supplier diversity initiatives in alignment with global best practices
  • A strong drive for people management and change management with a high degree of resilience and self-motivation
  • Adaptive to fast-paced, constantly changing environments and ability to work as part of a global team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to deliver better business results and share best practices
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing and leading multi-category sourcing teams with broad hands-on experience across sustainability and supplier diversity topics
  • Expertise in negotiations and contracting: including e-sourcing, should-cost models, leveraged agreements, multi-year contracts, complex terms and conditions, performance incentives, and management of corporate risk
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences
  • Strong orientation to team leadership, coaching, collaboration, and positive communication
  • Exceptional data analysis and financial acumen skills
  • Demonstrating strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) software
ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES:
  • MBA
  • Retail, Hospitality, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) or Consulting industry experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designations
  • Fluency in French
