Join the Housing program in the Senior Manager, Client Relationships and Operations position.This is a temporary position until December 31st, 2025.What you\'ll do:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a client relationship management team to achieve CMHC and Government objectives.
  • Oversee, manage, grow and diversify relationships with CMHC\'s key clients and partners including multi-unit real estate executive, affordable housing partners and other housing industry stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for planning, resourcing - people and budgets, as well as for optimizing client experience and efficient delivery (timeliness, transparency, and outcome maximization).
  • Leverage cross-functional collaboration to enhance client experience, resolve issues and promote business optimization.
What you should have:
  • An undergraduate degree in a related field such as business, finance, or public administration.
  • A minimum of 10 years\' experience in multi-unit real estate financing or government affordable housing delivery combined with 5 years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing change and leadings others through change.
  • Extensive knowledge in real estate finance, financial markets, credit risk analysis and of multi-until underwriting including in the context of CMHC\'s commercial or housing program activities.
  • Extensive experience working with housing providers and government partners nationwide; and a demonstrated ability to build alliances and maintain these relationships over time.
  • Demonstrated ability to enforces strategies and facilitate the development of desired outcomes.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others, tact, diplomacy, and judgment are essential.
  • Bilinguism (English / French).
